As much as I love helping folks, my time is prioritized for existing customers and new customers. Payment Cart: The first screen of the Cart allows you to add a note to us, remove products from the cart, update the cart, and proceed to checkout with either your major credit card or your PayPal account. 

Discount Codes & State Sales Tax: If you have a discount code for our products, you will not see the box to enter the code until near the end of the payment process (2nd to last screen). The discount boxc will appear AFTER the PayPal screen or filling in your Credit Card info. If you have a code and enter it, the deduction will show up on the next page along with any applicable Tennessee resident sales taxes. (Mama Shan's Digital Imaging Goodies is located in Tennessee, so sales tax only applies to residents of Tennessee.)

PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes if you are copying and pasting in the discount code, it will add an "extra" space, which will generate a message, "Code is not recognized as a valid code."  So, check for that or simply type in the code manually (case sensitive)!

Product Delivery: Unless the Internet is down, you should receive confirmation of your order almost instantaneously. If you have not received your order confirmation, confirmation of shipping, or digital download links within 1 hour, please contact us after you have checked your junk/spam folder! We're not holding back, we want you to have our products as soon as possible!

Shipping: Right now, the only option for shipping on products that have CDs or DVDs is through the good ol' USPS. We like them, so we use them--exclusively! All orders will ship Priority Mail within 24 hours, or next business day.
