Delivery Time for Digital Downloads - You should receive 2 e-mails, almost instantaneously after payment process. 

• The first e-mail subject line is "Confirmation for Mama Shan's (product name). This e-mail lists the product(s) and price, and any discounts applied. This is your receipt. 
• The 2nd e-mail subject line is "Mama Shan's Digital Downloads for Order (xyz example). This e-mail is sent (within 5 minutes of completing your payment process). 

If you think you didn't receive these e-mails, please check your spam/junk folder. Tossing "new" mail into spam/junk is a pretty common occurrence. Once you take it out of the spam folder and establish a connection by e-mailing back and forth, the filter should learn it's not junk. The best way to insure that e-mails from mama shan's are not filtered to junk is to add the following e-mail to your "contacts" list in your mail program:

"mama@mamashansdigital.com"

If you have not received these e-mails within a reasonable amount of time, and they are not appearing in your junk filter folder, then by all means use the Contact form on the Support Page or call Mama Shan's for immediate assistance.

License Keys - All of Mama Shan's Goodies come with a unique identifier exclusive to your registered product purchase and/or download.

Downloads Expire - Please download your products as soon as possible, the download links expire after 72 hours, and you get 2 shots to download. 

Back Up Your Downloads - Please back up your actions and downloads by copying them to a thumb-drive, an online cloud service, or burn them to a CD. We cannot guarantee being able to pull records older than 3 years.

Free Downloads

You still have to go through the check-out process, put in your name and your credit card info, as if you were buying something, but when you get to the end, the charge is $0.00 and your credit card info is tossed. There's no other way for us to track the free downloads and deliver them automatically. We're sorry if this process is somewhat inconvenient. I explain it in this YouTube Video

Once you complete this process, you'll immediately receive 2 e-mails, one with a confirmation of your purchase of "$0.00" and the other with the download links. Because of this process, we suggest you just go ahead and add all the FREE stuff to your cart. That way, you get it all with one check out!

Applying Discount Codes

If you have a discount code for a product at Mama Shan's Digital, you may start to worry as you go through the payment process because the box for the code doesn't show up until after you give your name, address, and credit card info. Please be patient, as it shows up on the 2nd to last page of the payment process, AFTER the PayPal screen and Credit Card info page. Once you complete this process, you'll immediately receive 2 e-mails, one with a confirmation of your purchase and the other with the download links. 

PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes if you are copying and pasting in the discount code, it will add an "extra" space, which will generate a message, "Code is not recognized as a valid code."  So, check for that or simply type in the code manually (case sensitive)!

Why do you need my mailing address if I ordered a download only product?

Ah, that's because we have to find out what state you live in. You're free and clear from Tennessee State Tax if you don't live here, but if you do live here as we do---then you have to pay sales tax on the product whether it is a tangible product like a DVD,  or a downloadable digital product.
